After The Draft Decision, Stephen Curry Sent Cameron
One of the top young players in women’s collegiate basketball right now is Cameron Brink. And Golden State Warriors All-Star guard Stephen Curry can’t help but be optimistic about the Stanford Cardinals forward’s future after a significant decision about her future was made public.
Brink just revealed that she will forego her last year at Stanford in favor of entering the WNBA Draft. It is predicted that the Cardinals star will be selected among the top three.
Brink is anticipated to be chosen by the Los Angeles Sparks with the second choice, per the most recent mock drafts published by ESPN. As she prepares to join the WNBA, she is regarded as one of the top two-way players in college and a future star.
Brink was just named the Pac-12 Player of the Year, and he will shortly be a three-time All-American. When Stanford ran for the national championship in 2021, the 6’4″ forward was a key component of their success.
