NFL may have some regrets over one Ravens schedule quirk

The Baltimore Ravens have an unusual scheduling quirk in 2024: playing on Christmas for the second year straight, away against the Houston Texans.

NFL’s Mike North acknowledged this as a bit unfair, expressing a preference for big games featuring top teams on holidays. While acknowledging the Ravens’ relevance, North hinted at reconsidering future road games on Christmas.

Despite the Ravens not being alone in this situation, with the Kansas City Chiefs facing a similar scenario, most teams have had at least one home game in such spans. This scheduling blunder isn’t unprecedented, but it’s likely the Ravens won’t repeat it in 2025.
