Jamie Carragher delivered a biting critique of Marcus Rashford, the Manchester United forward, saying that his production has reached the same lows as Anthony Martial’s.
After missing the midweek Champions League draw against Galatasaray, Rashford gave a terrible performance in Saturday night’s 1-0 loss against Newcastle. The Manchester Evening News gave him a mere 2/10 and he was taken off at about the hour mark.
The legendary player for Liverpool, Carragher, believes that even though Rashford is out of form, he should be giving it his all for the team as a local player. However, Carragher is unimpressed with Rashford’s body language, drawing comparisons to long-time Old Trafford failure Martial, who also performed poorly against the Magpies.
