Liam Eichenberg’s calf injury is more significant than initially reported, as Mike noted on the DolphinsTalk.com Podcast on Wednesday night.
It has now been revealed that Liam wears a walking boot, therefore it is unclear if he will play on Sunday. Lester Cotton or one of the two recently signed centers, Jonotthan Harrison or Matt Skura, will have to make due with playing for just three days, one practice session, two walkthroughs, and minimal preparation time if Liam is unable to travel.
Miami may move Kendal Lamm to LG and Cotton to center if Terron Armstead is cleared to leave. Lamm would have to continue at left tackle, Cotton would likely have to stay at left guard, and one of the new centers could have to step in if Armstead is unable to play.
