Meet Jessica Kress, the wife of Mike McCarthy, a seasoned American football coach currently holding the position of head coach for the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League (NFL). Born on November 10, 1963, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, McCarthy initiated his coaching journey at Fort Hays State University in Kansas in 1987, initially serving as a graduate assistant.

Throughout his career, McCarthy has contributed to various colleges and universities, including the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Kansas, and the University of Mississippi. In 1995, he joined the Green Bay Packers as the quality control coach and gradually ascended the ranks, ultimately assuming the role of offensive coordinator in 1999.
