Buffalo Bills are in need of bolstering their wide receiver corps, and according to Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine, Odell Beckham Jr. could be a viable solution.
The Bills recently lost Gabe Davis to free agency, leaving a gap in their receiving lineup. While Stefon Diggs remains their primary target, Khalil Shakir is currently their second option, with limited depth behind them.
Beckham, still unsigned, is attracting attention from teams, although he recently declined a contract offer from the Miami Dolphins after meeting with them in recent weeks. With little buzz surrounding other potential suitors, Beckham’s stint in free agency may be prolonged.
Coming off a lackluster 2023 season with the Baltimore Ravens, where he tallied 35 catches for 565 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games, the 31-year-old LSU alum has experienced a decline in production compared to his earlier years.
Originally drafted by the New York Giants in 2014, Beckham enjoyed a promising start to his career, earning Pro Bowl nods in his first three seasons. His standout year came in 2015, recording 96 receptions for 1,450 yards and 13 touchdowns.
After a trade to the Cleveland Browns in 2019, followed by a stint with the Los Angeles Rams, where he won a Super Bowl, Beckham’s career trajectory has been inconsistent. The Bills could consider him as an additional option for their 2024 roster.
