BREAKING:Broncos Rally Around Footy Star Payne Haas After His Dad Was Arrested On Drug Charges – And Could Face The DEATH PENALTY If Found Guilty

When Payne Haas’ father was arrested on drug charges and was threatened with death if found guilty, the Broncos rallied around him.

The Brisbane Broncos, an NRL team, have come together in support of star forward Payne Haas following

his father’s arrest this week in the Philippines on drug-related charges.

If convicted of narcotics trafficking in Indonesia, the father of Broncos standout Payne Haas might go to die.

In an attempt to get Haas Sr. extradited to Jakarta to face charges, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration has made public mugshots of him. Since December, when 5 kg of methamphetamine was allegedly discovered at an unidentified location, police said they have been attempting to locate Haas Snr.

Haas is a well-known suspect who is purportedly linked to a Mexican cartel, according to Philippine police, and the US Drug Enforcement Agency is working on the case. “We’ll work with Australian police as well; we have good working relationships with them.” Spokesman for the National Narcotics Agency Sulistyo Pudjo Hartono stated.
