BREAKING NEWS: Tyreek Hill’s elegant answer to the MVP questions

Although Tyreek Hill, the wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, has generated some buzz as an NFL MVP candidate due to his incredible season, he is not giving the prospect much thought.

It has never happened in the history of the league for a wide receiver to win MVP, so Hill was asked if it was really possible. The Dolphins star dismissed it, saying he didn’t think it was likely and that he wasn’t really interested in winning it in the first place.

“I’d be happier if Tua got it,” Hill told reporters, referencing quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

That’s a nice sentiment from Hill, who has been Tagovailoa’s biggest fan for a while now. He has touted one teammate for MVP honors before, too.

Hill leads the NFL with 1,481 receiving yards through 12 games this season and is openly chasing the 2,000-yard mark. That might get him some attention in the MVP race, but he is probably correct that even that would not be enough.
