Fowler indicated that the Ravens are seeking a standout wide receiver to complement Lamar Jackson, a strategic move that could elevate their offense to new heights.
In the 2023 season, rookie Zay Flowers emerged as Baltimore’s top wide receiver, tallying impressive stats with 77 receptions, 858 receiving yards, and five touchdowns.
Pairing Flowers with another talented rookie wide receiver could provide the Ravens with a formidable aerial threat not seen in their recent history. Additionally, it would allow them flexibility in salary cap to add experienced veterans to their offensive or defensive units after the draft.
Fowler also emphasized that having two elite receivers in the starting lineup would be unprecedented for Jackson in his career, potentially unlocking new dimensions in the Baltimore Ravens’ offensive strategy.
