Despite being the point guard for the Golden State Warriors, Steph Curry isn’t yet regarded as one of the best point guards of all time by Isiah Thomas.

When talking about the all-time best point guards, Isiah Thomas said on an edition of the Draymond Green Show why he doesn’t consider Steph Curry to be the Warriors’ point guard.
Thomas addressed Draymond Green, saying, “You are the point guard on the Golden State Warriors.” “Compared to Steph, you have more assists. You raise the ball. The offense is started by you. The defense is yours to set. You are in charge. Steph is one of the best shooters ever; he leaps off the screens, catches, and fires.”
Thomas believes that Draymond Green is the Warriors’ real point guard. Furthermore, rather of using point guards as his model, Steph bases his game on shooting guards. Just based on those facts, Thomas does not consider Steph to be a point guard.
Thomas declared, “I won in a different way.” “I may be the only point guard in history to have led his team to back-to-back championships by leading them in assists and scoring as a point player. When Steph mentions Reggie Miller as someone he has looked up to, it makes me think of him. He discusses Ray Allen.
Isiah Thomas is correct in certain aspects, but Steph Curry is a point guard. In addition to being a superb point guard, Steph Curry is among the greatest of all time.
