For the first time this season, Lamar Jackson skipped practice on Thursday; nevertheless, the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens is not hurt.
Jackson’s illness prevented him from practicing with the Ravens on Thursday, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.
Jackson’s chances of missing Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams have not been indicated.
Due to a knee injury, Jackson missed the last five games of the previous campaign. When head coach John Harbaugh first stated that he did not think the former MVP would miss much time, many speculated that Jackson would be taking advantage of the injury in order to get a new deal with the Ravens.
In 2021, Jackson also missed a few games as a result of injuries.
The story has been very different this season. Before Thursday, Jackson participated in every game and didn’t even skip a practice. The news that his absence was not caused by an injury will please Ravens supporters.
